Schedule Shenanigans, Rain & Steve

It seems whomever made out the schedule made some errors and mine has been corrected. Haven't spoken to the manager but when I checked online this morning my hours had been put back to what they are supposed to be. Thank goodness.

It's been raining for two days. I need to get some things done outside before Winter hits and I should have done it Monday when the weather was nice. But I procrastinated...again.

Looks like we've got another kitty. Steve has decided that this is his new home and who am I to argue with him? He really is a sweetie. And a bit of a pig.

Ever since I can remember, I have loved kitties. There's only been one time in my life that I didn't have at least one cat as a member of the family.

I have a tabby named Gary. He came to live with me in 2002 just before Thanksgiving. He's a sweetheart and the best cat in the world.

I was also adopted by a huge tom-cat whom my son named Schteve. He began coming around the yard in April of 2011 and continued to hang out nearly everyday. Finally, he decided he liked it here and made himself at home. Unfortunately, Schteve disappeared on December 16th, 2014.

When my son was little we adopted an all-white male kitty from the Animal Shelter. His name was Dipstick. He was quite a character and a member of the family for nearly 20 years.

Unfortunately, old age took it's toll and he left us on 08-07-06. I missed him so much that I made a memorial page for him:
