Not much has been going on to post about. Work is just getting worse everyday and there's no point in blogging about that.
I've uploaded a couple more videos to my YouTube channel. One of them is a raccoon I recorded last night. The other is some hummingbirds at the feeder. They'll be gone soon. We have a possibility of frost tonight, I guess.
The Eagle family I've been so enthralled with has reached it's final chapter. All three eaglets have been released into the wild. The dad is still at the Norfolk Botanical Garden and hopefully, he will find a new mate this fall and start a new family in the spring.
Their story captured my heart. I wrote a poem about them a couple days before the release. And once the last one was re-released I made a slideshow to commemorate the season. It won't make much sense to some but the people who followed their season (they call themselves The Eagle Nation) really enjoyed it.
