Although it was nice not to have to worry about keeping the driveway clear of snow all winter, I really didn't bargain for this. Most of the gravel that was in my driveway is now in the neighbor's yard, along with all the top soil that used to be my lawn.

I looked over the contract I signed with them and it states that I must, in writing, report any damage within 48 hours of it happening and that they will repair any damage that is properly and timely reported. It's been months since they tore up the place but I sent them an email anyway. It wasn't until I actually went out there to start cleaning it up that the scope of the damage was realized.
