The hellhole has sliced and diced our hours worse than ever. Corporate never seems to miss an opportunity to prove that their only concern is the almighty dollar. I actually had a co-worker ask if I would give her some hours. She was only scheduled 12 but I only had 14½ hours myself this week. What the heck???
It's time again for the 'employee satisfaction' survey. (mandatory) They offer lots of questions about the hellhole in general and specific questions about our boss, management, etc. You also have a chance to give your own feedback. They tell us it's anonymous but we all know it's not. We have to enter our employee ID number in order to take the survey...we didn't have to do that when they first started this.
Regardless, I answered it honestly this time. The place gets worse every year and all you need to do to see if your employees are content is look at their miserable faces. These surveys are a waste of time because nothing ever changes for the better.
I really hate that place.
